Habitat NI volunteers will not travel to support our Ethiopia Partnership this year, due to unrest within the country, but you can still build hope.
In this video Berhanu Ambaw, National Director of Habitat Ethiopia, explains.
Thankfully, local staff are safe. Their work goes on in areas largely unaffected by the unrest.
Right now, they are getting clean water to communities worst affected by drought. Building homes in Fiche. Upgrading slums in Addis Ababa. Empowering the community in Debre Berhan to flourish.
Volunteers bring a powerful message of hope to these communities.
Now more than ever, we need your help to bring a message of hope.
Please remember the people of Ethiopia, including Habitat staff and the communities they serve, in your thoughts and prayers.
Please consider doing one thing this year to help raise vital funds for this life-changing work. Keep it simple; host a coffee day at home or at work, get together with friends or colleagues and take part in a sponsored event, or you could donate below.
